The recommended oral dose of Lasgrain is 50 mg, 100 mg, or 200 mg, taken as needed. Only one dose should be taken in 24 hours, and the patient must wait at least 8 hours after taking it before driving or operating machinery. A second dose has not been proven effective for the same migraine attack.
- Pediatric Use: Not established.
- Hepatic Impairment: No adjustment is needed for mild/moderate impairment; not recommended for severe impairment.
